Let we discuss about Inbound Links Spam Sites in detail

What is Inbound Links?

Inbound links are otherwise called as Backlinks, Incoming links, inward links, incoming links pointing to your Website URL or WebPage URL or WebPost URL. For more information about inbound links you can read it here.

What is Natural Links?

For example if your website is about "Web Designing" then your site getting links from different websites on the same topic (i.e Web Designing) then it is called as Natural Links. Now I explain this in detail. If you get links from Digital Point Forum, Google Webmaster Forum, any Webmaster Forum, any Web Technology Website(s), Yahoo Answers, Web Designing Websites, Ask.com, About.com, Hubpages (from Web Designing Category) then it is termed as Natural Links.

What is Unnatural links according to Google?

Suppose if your website not getting links from the above said websites then it is termed as "Unnatural Links" or "Spam Links" according to Google and Google losing confidence on your entire website or a particular post or a particular page. If your website participate in Link Spam posting links on irrelevant websites, illegal websites, porn websites or something related to the above topic. Then Google consider your site as "Not Trusted Website"

Read this below paragraph by Google

For example, that can happen when we believe a site has been engaging in a pretty widespread pattern of link spam over a long period of time. If your site is notified for these unnatural links, we recommend removing as many of the spammy or low-quality links as you possibly can and then submitting a reconsideration request for your site.

In a few situations, we have heard about directories or blog networks that won't take links down. If a website tries to charge you to put links up and to take links down, feel free to let us know about that, either in your reconsideration request or by mentioning it on our webmaster forum or in a separate spam report. We have taken action on several such sites, because they often turn out to be doing link spamming themselves. This Paragraph Courtesy : Google
  1. Don't create post exclusively to give links to some website(s).
  2. Don't create artificial links which is not related to your website category or topic.
  3. Don't post your website links on irrelevant sites, illegal websites, porn websites or spam websites or link exchange or bulk emails.
  4. Don't join in a link scheme. Don't post your website link on those link schemes.
  5. Don't participate in Widget spam or don't put widget on your site pointing towards spammy websites (in other words Spammy Links Building or exchange websites)
  6. Don't involve in Paid links from irrelevant websites or spammy websites which is already discussed above. Putting your website links on spammy websites Google distrust your website entirely or partially depending on the number of links your site getting from those spammy websites.
  7. Don't involve in Guest Book Spam, Blog Spam, Excessive Articles Submission, Excessive Link Submission via Link submission software.
  8. Don't give Anchor text name for your widget for a particular keyword or phrase. Google consider this also spam. If your widget 100% relevant one and also link to particular website also in same category with higher page rank then there is no problem. If your widget links pointing towards spammy website. Then your site will be penalized by Google for such practices.
  9. Don't give Top or Below links in the same post too often. Don't give too many links to other part of your website (other post or other pages of your website) always follow Google Webmaster Guidlines.
  10. Don't approve readers comment before you read the comment fully and also make sure that readers posting URL's 100% relevant to your post or page or your website "niche". If your reader try to put some spammy links or irrelevant links on the comment then you will be the loser. Your page rank will drop down drastically and your website taken out of Google Search Index for that post or page or entire website on a whole. So beware of spammy comments on your website.
Remove those spam links (if possible) immediately. If you're running a company, somebody in your company involve in these type of Link Spam or joined the links schemes and try to spoil your website image. Find out those spammy links or unnatural links via Google Webmaster Tools messages section and remove as early as possible. Previously if your site involve in link spam or getting links from spammy website. Google distrust your website on a whole. But now Google only penalize your site pages or post (not entire site) in that way we thank Google for showing some liberty.

If you get any of these above messages from Google. Then don't get panic, but you can't ignore this on a whole. The recent message sent by Google not distrust your website on a whole but some pages or some post of your website causing this trouble. So remove them immediately and then send request reconsideration of website to Google.
